Austin is extremely attentive, detail oriented, and refreshingly honest. As a first time home buyers who has worked with real estate agents before, I was incredibly cautious. Austin has been incredibly kind and professional, despite at one point my not contacting him for several weeks due to stress and other factors. He’s jumped through multiple hoops to make our out of state move effortless, from answering at all hours to accommodating our schedule to video call us from listings. We had a strict schedule while we were in town, and Austin made himself available at every turn. Our path to selling the house had many twists and turns, and Austin helped us navigate everything with ease. Since we were 2000+ miles away, Austin handled everything. Enchanted Sun Realty was founded in 2008 by Sandra Espiritu. Sandra was born in Mexico, and relocated to the Las Cruces area at the age of 8. Sandra learned hard work, great work ethic, integrity and honesty at an early age. She understood that these characteristics are crucial for success not only in business, but in life. Sandra grew up around an Entrepreneurial environment with most of her family members owning various types of businesses in Real Estate development, Construction, and Real Estate Sales. She holds a Degree in Radiology and Business Management. She chose a career in the Medical field due to her passion to help others. However, due to her Entrepreneurial spirit, and her family’s Real Estate background, her passion to help others translated into the Real Estate industry. She quickly found that it was a blessing to be a part of a family’s journey into home ownership. Sandra worked with a Real Estate Franchise for the first three years. As she became more knowledgeable in the Real Estate business, she had a desire to be creative, think outside the box, and implement unique ideas to offer value to her customers. Sandra decided to take the leap and start her own company. Enchanted Sun Realty was born in May 2008. Sandra and her husband Tony chose this name because the company was founded in New Mexico “The Land of Enchantment” and the Sun represents new birth, beginning, positive energy, strength and LIFE.
